FREE MINISTRY USE LICENSE, version 1.0, August 2026

These files are free. You do not need to ask permission, pay anything, sign
anything, or tell us you are using them.

WHO IT COVERS

Children's ministries and Sunday schools. VBS and holiday clubs. Christian
preschools, daycares and nurseries. Homeschools and homeschool co-ops. Foster
and respite carers. Hospital, shelter and prison-visit children's programs.
Families at home.

WHAT YOU MAY DO

  Play or project the videos to the children you serve, as often as you like,
  for as long as you like.

  Play the MP3s in class, in the car, over a hall sound system, at a party, at
  camp, or at a family service.

  Print and photocopy the coloring pages in any quantity, forever, for the
  children you serve.

  Put the files on your church laptop, tablet, projector, or a shared drive
  your volunteers use.

  Include a song in a livestream or a recording of your own service or class.
  If an automated copyright claim ever appears, email us and we will clear it.

  Translate a lyric sheet into another language for your own class.

You do not need a CCLI license for any of this. This license covers it.

WHAT YOU MAY NOT DO

  Re-upload the videos or the audio to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok,
  Spotify, or any other platform or app. That includes your own church's
  channel. Link to the channel instead.

  Sell the files, or charge anyone for access to them. Bundling them into a
  paid curriculum, a paid membership site, or a conference with a ticket price
  all count as charging. Charging for a VBS week is fine. Charging for these
  files is not.

  Edit, remix, re-record, re-dub, re-time, or make new versions.

  Print the artwork onto merchandise, whether you sell it or give it away.

  Remove the Little Lamb Bo name from any file.

  Use the files to train a machine-learning or AI system.

  Claim the songs or the artwork as your own work.

It is also the single most useful thing you can do for us. Parents who see the
name go home and search for it, and that is the whole reason this kit is free.

NO WARRANTY

The files are provided as they are, with no warranty of any kind. We are not
liable for anything that happens as a result of using them.

IF SOMETHING CHANGES

We can withdraw this license from a specific person or organization that breaks
it. We will not withdraw it from anyone else. If we ever stop offering the kit,
every copy already downloaded stays licensed under this version.
